Collection from Your Site:

We collect and deliver your offsite backup media on an agreed cycle, including weekends and public holidays if required. Our collection staff are well trained and security cleared to ensure your media remains safe. In transit, specially designed bags protect your media.

Securely Stored Offsite Backup:

We store your offsite backup media in secure vaults that are temperature and humidity controlled. We use barcode scanning to ensure your media goes to the right location in the vault for efficient retrieval. Your offsite backup media are logged onto our system, where you can view them anytime through our secure web portal. Our storage sites are security alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day.

Tape Health Checks:

We can also perform a regular health check on your LTO tapes to identify any deterioration, so you can be sure your LTO tapes are robust.
