New Plan-b Customer Assurance Centre

We are very pleased to announce the opening of our brand new Customer Assurance Centre at our Arrenway Drive Head Office in Auckland. The new suite can accommodate up to 12 customers for recovery verification or additional emergency office facilities.

We are also continuing to add seats to our OfficeNOW facilities as our customer base grows, including new dedicated suites in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington. Our dedicated suites are held on permanent exclusive standby for customers that select this service.

Availability of dedicated suites is strictly limited and we expect these new suites to go quickly.
